Morgan

Morgan is the newest addition to my pack. She came from Almost Home Rescue of Hollis ME. She’ll be two in January of 2010, thus she is in that terrible “pushing the envelope” stage in puppy development. I was told she is a hound mix. If I were to venture a guess, I’d have to say black and tan coon hound mixed with doberman. I’m sure she’ll be a good dog as an adult but she still has so much to learn. Like many hounds, she’s a chewer and has destroyed more than her fair share of shoes, books, socks, and other human paraphernalia. Morgan acclimated to my pack very quickly and even though she has a naturally dominant personality, she has no problem showing respect to the other older dogs. We call her the socialization hound because she puts in the most effort into helping our foster dogs settle into our home.
